This added cover has been introduced not just for UK riders, but also riders from the USA, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
So after what might be described as having been an unusually ‘damp’ British summer, here’s the ideal chance to do an autumn run to warmer, more sunny destinations on the continent. Looking at France for example, many people prefer to travel at this time of year - their national August stoppage is over, the temperature’s slightly cooler, the cafe’s and bars are quieter and the more intense colours of autumn are just starting to appear in the trees and hedgerows......
Alternatively, why not consider a New Year break - perhaps to Denmark, Holland or even Northern Italy. It would be a great way to say a real ‘goodbye’ to all the stresses and strains of 2009!
